Dr MarwaDr. Marwa Abdelrahman – Pediatric Dentist

Dr. Marwa A, is born in Cairo, Egypt before she moved to the United States. She graduated with honors and earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2010. Completed a one-year GPR residency at Cairo University in 2011. Dr. Marwa holds a Master’s degree in pediatric dentistry and completed a pediatric residency program at the University of Maryland. She also owned her practice for several years after graduation. Dr. Marwa has been practicing as a pediatric dentist in a dental office in Dayton, OH, and worked at Dayton children’s hospital. As a doctor attending treating special needs children and managing dental trauma cases for the last 3 years before she moved to PNW. She has a wide range of experience and has been practicing as a pediatric dentist specialist for a period of 10 years. In addition to that she is in the process of completing her master’s degree in business administration this year.

Dr. Abdelrahman provides interdisciplinary and comprehensive options for our pediatric patients in a detail-oriented, enjoyable, and stress-free environment. Dr. Abdelrahmam has completed hundreds of hours of advanced education, she focuses on providing evidence-based dentistry with all the new treatment modalities available. She is highly trained in behavior shaping and managing our special needs population, in addition to providing various types of sedation techniques from nitrous oxide to general anesthesia.

Currently, she holds memberships with the American Dental Association (ADA), American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), Ohio Dental Association, and Oregon Dental Association (ODA), American Association of Women Dentists (AAWD).

Dr. Abdelrahman decided to join her family in PNW and she loves living here. In her free time, She enjoys traveling, hiking, sports, exploring new restaurants, and learning more about south American culture.

Dr. Matthew TsaiDr. Matthew Tsai – Orthodontist

Dr. Tsai grew up in Walnut, California. After graduating from UCLA he went to the snowy northeast to complete his degree at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He then obtained his MS degree and certificate in orthodontics at the Oregon Health and Science University.

His hobbies include basketball, roller coasters, hiking, and traveling. When possible, he enjoys visiting different countries and learning about their different cultures, and exploring their food scene. His favorite experiences include studying abroad in Kyoto, Japan, and volunteering for the Special Olympics in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Dr. Tsai fully believes in a patient-centered approach when it comes to orthodontics. He is attentive to details and will work closely with you to give you a customized, healthy, and beautiful smile.
